The Algeria British Business Council

Invites you to
Partnership with Algeria’ Conference
Hosted by CharlesRussell Speechlys
Thursday8th October 2015

Algeria is a natural place for investment. Politically stable with a steady growth rate of 4%. The richest in North Africa. The biggest country in the African continent with nearly 40m people to serve. As the price of oil has descended, Algeria, which has been oil dependent for income, is now going to diversify. Indeed the private sector’s view is that this creates Algeria’s opportunity to expand and develop the already vibrant independent sector.
Coming to London will be a group of 40 of Algeria’s leading companies, their Chairmen and CEO's who will explain how they view the forthcoming years as a time of huge opportunity. This applies to all sectors; serving the energy sector, but also huge real estate projects, health, agriculture, tourism, financial services, construction, health, education, training, (skills and English language). Alongside all of this there will be many opportunities for obtaining contracts with government entities.
As Chairman of the Algeria British Council Lady Olga Maitland says, ‘For far too long Algeria has been overlooked. This is now changing as markets are recognising the value business can bring. It is worth anyone’s while to take a closer look and get in there first and fast!‘
