ALGERIA-GREAT BRITAIN: Messahel receives new UK ambassador to Algeria

ALGERIA: Net concentration of investment in the industrial sector over the first 9 months


ALGIERS- The industry sector recorded a clear concentration of investments declared to the National Agency for Investment Development (ANDI) during the first nine months of 2017, APS told the Director General of this agency, Mr. Abdelkrim Mansouri. By branches of industrial activity, the predominance is recorded in the Steel, Metallic, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Industries (ISMME) with 46% of the total amount of projects registered in the industrial sector, followed by the Chemistry-Rubber-Plastics sector (18%), Agrifood Industry (17%) and Building Materials (9%). Batna: Ain Djasser-3 power station delivered "before next February"
