In order to fulfil this role effectively, the Algeria British Business Council will maintain the closest links with:

• British government departments, in particular the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Department for International Trade.
• The British Embassy in Algiers, and in particular its staff responsible for promoting trade and investment opportunities in Algeria.
• The Algerian Embassy in London, and in particular  its staff responsible for promoting trade, investment and initiatives in Algeria.
• Algeria’s government ministries, departments, official bodies and agencies, many of whom are responsible for commercial contracts available to international firms.
• The leading public and private sector companies, business organisations and business leaders in Algeria.
