Yassine Bouhara – Chairman, Tell Group

Chairman of Tell Group. Yassine was previously CEO of Emerging Markets at UBS, Co-Head of Securities and Co-Head of Equities at UBS, and a member of the UBS Investment Bank Executive Committee. Prior to that at Deutsche Bank, Yassine was Head of Global Markets EMEA, Global Head of Structuring, and Global Head of Equities. During his tenue at Deutsche Bank, Yassine was instrumental in the creation and success of Deutsche Bank’s MENA franchise, and the emergence of some large Private Equity houses in the Emerging Markets space. During his tenure as head of Global Equities as well, Yassine was responsible for the oversight of substantial principal / direct investments done by the Global Equities division, and also oversaw the structuring and execution of numerous exits done by Private Equity funds.

Yassine is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Algeria British Business Council (ABBC); Executive Committee Member of the UAE-Algerian Business Council (ABC); Member of the Algerian Business Leaders Forum (FCE) and a Member of CACI France (Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

Yassine holds a Masters Degree in Economics from HEC Geneva in Switzerland.
